Cookie policy

Where this applies

This policy covers sprintup.education (the website and sign-in pages), the school, teacher and student apps under sprintup.education, and the Curriculum Studio at studio.sprintup.education. Your choice is saved once and applies to all of them. Read it together with our privacy policy.

A school’s own website (on school-hub.co or the school’s own domain) is run by that school, which decides its own cookies. Card payments happen on Stripe’s checkout pages, where Stripe’s cookie policy applies.

Essential cookies and storage

These are needed for the service you asked for, such as signing in, so the law does not require your consent for them. They are never used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 on the website, the school admin app and the Studio, to count visits and see which pages people use and how they found us. It is not used in the teacher or student apps. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all.

How we limit what Google receives:

• Page addresses are cleaned first: ids, tokens and email addresses are removed, and only campaign tags (utm_) are kept from the query string.
• We do not send your name, email address or account id.
• Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and advertising storage is always denied.
• Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
• Google keeps the event data for the retention period set on our account, which is at most 14 months.

Embedded videos

Lessons and pages can include YouTube videos. The player comes from YouTube (Google), which may store its own cookies or local storage when the video loads or plays, under Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings at the foot of any page, or the button at the top of this one. We ask again after six months, and sooner if we add a new kind of optional cookie. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; if you delete the essential ones, you will be signed out.
