What is included on Free?▼

A complete school for one teacher and up to ten students: your school website on a SprintUp address with hosting and SSL, the CMS, classes, the teacher workspace, the student portal, live classes, the Studio, Stripe payments and access to the curriculum marketplace (opening), plus unlimited AI generation on the relax lane. Academy adds every teacher and every student, priced per active student.

Can I run several websites for different audiences?▼

Yes. A language school can run a kids site, a teens site and an adults site, each with its own domain, template, pages and course catalogue, all managed from one account with one student database and one Stripe account. Pro includes up to three websites and Academy up to five.

How does per-student pricing work?▼

Academy is billed on the students enrolled in a running class on your billing date: a flat €99 covers the first 25, the next 75 are €4 each, and every student above 100 is €3. Students whose courses have ended are not counted, so a quiet month costs less. Paid yearly, you pay ten months for twelve. There is a 30-day trial for up to 25 students, and Free stays available for one teacher and ten students.

When a parent enrols and pays on our website, does SprintUp take a cut?▼

No. Revenue from enrolments sold through your own school website goes 100% to you; only Stripe's processing fee applies. SprintUp takes 20% only on curriculum sold through the marketplace, where we bring creators schools they would not otherwise reach.

How long does it take to set up?▼

Your website comes from a ready-made template, and levels, classes and teachers are a few forms each, so a school can be set up in one sitting. Publishing the website needs a short approval from us. If you would rather not do it alone, book a demo and we will set it up with you.

How is student data protected?▼

SprintUp is run by an Irish company under GDPR. Student data is used only to run the service, never for advertising, and a student's data can be exported or erased on request. Payments go through Stripe, so we never hold card numbers. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Does it depend on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?▼

No. The platform runs on its own: teachers and students sign in with their SprintUp accounts, live classes are built in, and files are attached inside the platform. You can keep using your existing email and documents alongside it.
